HSCR-WATCH is a fully registered Not-For-Profit Organization with NGO Coordination Boards of countries within its jurisdiction. We have met the entire legal requirements necessary to execute our mandates
We have a board membership with vast experience in humanitarian work, program management, health and social research, people management, finance management, public health and executive leadership. These key competencies places HSCR-WATCH at a comparatively advantageous peak to execute its mandate

Enlighten citizens to understand their rights in relation to diverse health services they may seek from time to time.
Work closely with healthcare providers and influencers in the regions we operate to ensure effective and ethical delivery of healthcare services.
Monitor, collect and analyse data for the purpose of rating effective and ethical delivery of healthcare services
Establish and run medical facilities across the country as models of efficient and effective health service delivery to the citizens
Promote social accountability and transparency at national and county levels in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare service delivery
To take such steps by personal or written appeals, private meetings, public meetings or representations to Parliament, government entities and other bodies as may be deemed expedient to promote any of the objects of the Organization

James started his career as a Retail Manager and later rose along the ranks to become CEO of an American franchise retail chain. He later left the private sector and joined not-for- profit organization to be the lead consultant for JICA /SAVOT Entrepreneurship project in South Sudan.
James later moved to The Agricultural Support Organization (TASO) in South Sudan as the Country’s executive Director. Currently, he is a lecturer in the University
David is a health sector consultant with capacity in systems support, M&E and Program Capacity Assessment. He also has extensive expertise in areas such as; SME support; Public Private Partnership; Business development support, fund raising and research services.
David has been working in research and mentorship programs including works that span across the 4 informal settlements in Nairobi. Currently, David is a lecturer in the University
Benson has over 20 years experience in systems design, development and audit. Benson has worked with Plan International, FAO and World Bank programs in Kenya.
Through the many youth development projects he has participated in, Benson has gained abilities in youth mobilization, life skills training, food and health and youth employability programs. Currently, Benson is a lecturer in the University
Kennedy is a program management specialist with over 8 years progressive experience both at National and International levels. He has experience in managing humanitarian interventions in areas such as; education, health, water and sanitation, shelter and Infrastructure, community resilience, emergencies and environmental conservation.
Currently, Kennedy is leading digital job placement program for women in informal sectors
An accomplished accountant by profession, Beatrice has worked for the Government of Kenya for a period of over 13 years.
She is currently working in the state department of interior and citizen services under the ministry of interior and coordination of national Government. Beatrice brings to the organization the needed accounting skills that include; risk analysis and management, measurement analysis and interpretation, reporting, research and process management
A human capital management expert, Susan has a progressive work experience of over 20 years. Her key competencies include; implementing HR operational strategies; ensuring talent management practices are consistently implemented and ensuring high levels of employee engagement.
Currently, Susan works as the personal assistant to the Chairperson of Tana and Athi Rivers Development Authority. She also doubles as the deputy chairperson of Kenya Union of Water Sewerage Employees.
With an outstanding background in public health and social work, Beauty is a highly organized individual who possesses commitment to team dynamics with ability to analyze, plan and develop creative solutions and carry projects to terms.
She is also an inspirational mentor and motivator in setting and maintaining high standards and instilling confidence in youth to succeed. Currently, Beauty is a lecturer in the university
